Requirement

To assist in handling warranty for all product by

  • Prepare the necessary report of warranty submission to principal side for approval and acknowledge
  • Claim submission for certain product once report been approved
  • Follow up on warranty approval with principle side
  • Communicate with customer for methods to resolve the concerning case if warranty being rejected
  • Prepare warranty certificates to customer sign for new machine warranty registration purpose
