Requirement
- Design and develop manufacturing processes for agricultural equipment and machinery
- Optimize production workflows to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvement
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
