1. To receive incoming spare parts, count and record in the Bin Card and Incoming Record Book. 2. To organize and store spare parts in the designated cabinets. 3. To write the Bin Card and Store Issue Note for spare parts issued, and ensuring that parts given to the Technicians are labeled and tagged properly 4. To ensure spare parts issuance follows the company’s standard of procedures – Workshop Request and Store Issue Note and signed. 5. To ensure that stock take files are properly organized and kept for reference according to the respective years.
