1. To carry out any job assigned by company, workshop daily operation and outstation repair jobs.
2. To prepare full and completed service report, Machine Repair Report (MRR) and any related document for company and customer.
3. The main functional of jobs are PDI, Service, Repair, Troubleshooting, Workshop cleaning and Tidiness.
4. To be independently handling all the repair and maintenance job with minimum guidance of senior mechanic.
5. To provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventive measures to customers.
6. To lead and tech the junior mechanic to fully follow the SOP on every service and repair jobs and guide them to perform their daily duty when the HOD or senior mechanic is unavailable.
7. To report and update the status of repair or troubleshoot in immediately to HOD and customer from time to time.
8. To act as Team Leader for small team during job arrangement.
9. To have the initiative to search for the spare parts that need to replace from the parts book or system.
10. To provide correct parts number and quantity to service admin for every job performed for PRO or quotation purposes.
11. To plan and manage the working time and travelling time according to standard working hour setting.
12. To perform high quality service and repair job to satisfy our customer all the time.
13. To work overtime and standby which had been arrange by the company.
14. To be able to go for travelling outstation when the requirement is needed from time to time without failure.
