1. To observes and evaluates workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
2. To issue daily tasks to workshop staff and ensure that tasks are completed in timely and professional manner.
3.To assist in overseeing the fiscal discipline of the department.
4. To ensure that all staff have clear and understanding of what is required in job profiles and related responsibilities.
5. To monitor and analysis of workshop tools and equipment’s requirements.
6. To ensure any tools and equipment used should always be in good working order.
7. To ensure accurate completion of Machine Repair Record.
8.To check all workshop equipment’s have been serviced and repaired.
