Requirement

To observes and evaluates workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service
To issue daily tasks to workshop staff and ensure that tasks are completed in timely and professional manner
To assist in overseeing the fiscal discipline of the department
To ensure that all staff have clear and understanding of what is required in job profiles and related responsibilities
To monitor and analysis of workshop tools and equipments requirements
To ensure any tools and equipment used should always be in good working order
To ensure accurate completion of Machine Repair Record
To check all workshop equipments have been serviced and repaired
