2. Prepare the necessary report of warranty submission to principal side for approval and acknowledge.
3. Claim submission for certain product once report been approved.
4. Follow up on warranty approval with principle side.
5. Communicate with customer for methods to resolve the concerning case if warranty being rejected.
6. Prepare warranty certificates to customer sign for new machine warranty registration purpose.
