1. To record all parts warranty claim and prepare submission.
2. To investigate problems, prepare reports, obtain solutions and make recommendations to HOD in order to solve customers’ complaints.
3. To monitor and analyse market competitors’ activities and to provide relevant report and information to enhance sales productivity.
4. To issue service job card, parts requisition order and related documents.
5. To support existing branch admin, parts & service administration work.
