1. To prepare, key in and follow up quotations.
2. To provide administration support and manage filing documents.
3. To check on outstanding spare parts and update the order status to customers.
4. To handle any customer inquiries.
5. To deal and interact with customers.
6. To proactively follow up on outstanding matters daily, resolve any issues at hand, and report any matters that cannot be solved to superiors.
