Parts Admin Assistant

Requirement

  • To assist the service department operation, documentation and reporting
  • To assist in Spare Parts Quotation and Cargo insurance list for Monthly spare parts transfer out
  • To place parts in appropriate storage locations
  • To maintain the cleanliness of Office/Workplace/Store
  • To assist for preparing all parts department related documents
  • To assist spare parts movement and monthly spare parts ordering and emergency spare parts order
  • To assist in preparing and updating the monthly sales reports, customer data input
  • To assist on updating monthly sales report to managing director/director on the 1st week of every month
