1. To be responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service to the Director in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the office and division. 2. To organize and attend quarter & monthly meetings and ensure the material is well prepared. 3. To assist company event including branches opening, launching event & etc. 4. To apply license with authority (whenever required), monitor and review all the licenses. 5. To plan for Yearly Management Calendar for meeting, budget setting etc. and send to all Directors & HODs once confirmed.
