1. To assist to supervise all areas of operation, ensure all operation are following Company’s Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and meet the target set by the company. 2. Identifies operational problems by observing and studying the functioning and performance of systems; and report accordingly to Technical Manager or indirect superior. 3.Committed to the expansion and success of the business opportunities by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement. 4.Investigates complaints and suggestions by interviewing process supervisors and operators.
