Requirement

To in-charge of vehicle stock ordering, stock transfer & stock allocation (LCV & CV) to branches
To responsible for fleet monitoring, submission, approval and claim
To review budget proposed by subordinate for promotional program before submitting for approval
To ensure that marketing collaterals and communications adhere management, principal and government guidelines and requirements
To ensure marketing operation inclusive of vehicle inspection arrangement, liaising with runner, delivery arrangement and invoice, delivery order issuance
To handle loan processing and follow up accordingly
To prepare quotation and sales confirmation to customer
To do planning and sourcing of merchandise item, disbursement and inventory status
To responsible for forwarder / logistic sourcing and freight status update
