1. To handle overall general administration works for Directors office.
2. To assist arrange and coordinate management meeting time table, setting meeting room.
3. To assist in manage new application or renewal of Dai Lieng Groups of companies license, vendor registration, property insurance & etc.
4. To assist in company event including but not limited to product launching preparation.
5. To assist to screen through payment document before pass to MD/Director.
6. To assist in drafting correspondence, general replies, press release, announcement, speech and official letter for Director office.
7. To assist in hospitality arrangements.
8. To assist in prepare product quotation.
9. To assist compile meeting material for business review meeting.
