1. To prepare daily incoming report, check and update vessel status.
2. To key in details of incoming machines with ETA in Sales list.
3. To check the original documents and prepare acknowledgement, arrange to forwarder. Email to forwarder to check on the arrival.
4. To arrange shipping invoices for payment, follow up the payment with Account and inform forwarder once done.
5. To prepare specification lists for machine landed and email to inform related department.
6. To issue inland and marine insurance coverage for incoming machine.
7. To follow up on the return of original shipping documents and invoices. Arrange office assistant to collect from bus terminal.
8. To prepare specification lists for machine allocation.
9. To liaise with transporter to arrange for puspakom and machine delivery.
