1. To install, configure and maintain computer hardware and software 2. To maintain detailed record of IT incidents, resolutions and asset inventory. 3. To provide technical support and resolve it related issues reported by end-user, including remote troubleshooting. 4. To assist in development of new IT hardware and software across the organisation. 5. To responsible in IT procedure documentation, procedures and troubleshooting guides. 6.
