1. To overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks to staff and managing personnel and to ensure efficient operation of the organization. 2. To monitor & manage workflow by assigning tasks to other admin employee daily, ensuring the deadlines are met and work is completed correctly. 3. To liaise with other department within the organization. 4. To follow up hire purchase on behalf of customer with banks. 5. To monitor insurance renewal for all machineries & road tax renewal. 6. To monitor usage of the petty cash & ensure proper documentation is available to do reimbursement.
