1. Drainage Maintenance : Cleaning and unclogging drains to ensure proper water flow.
2. Goundskeeping : Moving the lawn and maintaining grass areas, pruning tree branches and trimming bushes, beautifying outdoor areas by planting and caring for flowers and plants, sweeping and tidying up outdoor spaces to maintain cleanliness and order.
3. Workshop Cleaning – Cleaning and organizing the workshop area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
4. Outdoor Maintenance : Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness around the premise, painting walls and outdoor structures.
5. Washing vehicles and equipment as required.
6. To assist with minor repair and maintenance work as instructed.
7. performing other general labor task as assigned by the Supervisor.
