To report to superior / management on any related stock issue and propose solutions accordingly.
To unpack, checking, sorting of incoming spare parts.
To counter check spare parts based on delivery order or invoice before loading to lorry for delivery to customers.
To ensure smooth process of stocks receiving and delivery.
To do pre-inspect truck.
To safely transport goods to customer location in a timely, safe and courteous manner.
To assist in office documentation as per instructed to ensure office smooth operations.
To be responsible for the basic vehicle maintenance, comply with all safe work practices and processes at all times.
