After-Sales Executive

Requirement

  • To responsible for the daily works within the department as assigned including duties and jobs beyond stipulated working hours and scope of work, ad hoc tasks instructed upon Management request
  • To responsible to ensure aftersales service of the dealership meets the requirements and policies set up by the Management and Principal
  • To meet with Operation Director and General Manager at least once a month to review current service department performance, service personnel performance, set future performance objectives, promotional activities and / or any other
  • To standby on IDM round-the-clock roadside assistance when required, including evenings and weekends
  • To conduct and attend meetings to discuss related activities and / or issues of mutual interest within the department
