1.To responsible for the daily works within the department as assigned including duties and jobs beyond stipulated working hours and scope of work, ad hoc tasks instructed upon Management request. 3. To responsible to ensure aftersales service of the dealership meets the requirements and policies set up by the Management and Principal. 4. To meet with Operation Director and General Manager at least once a month to review current service department performance, service personnel performance, set future performance objectives, promotional activities and / or any other. 5. To standby on IDM round-the-clock roadside assistance when required, including evenings and weekends. 6. To conduct and attend meetings to discuss related activities and / or issues of mutual interest within the department.
