1. To responsible for planning and directing the work and progress of operation. 2. To provide guidance to direct reports, typically comprising first-line managers and supervisors. Communicate financial and goal results and key performance indicators to direct reports. 3. To work with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning. 4. To achieve operational objective by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing actions plans by implementing production, productivity, quality and customer service standard and resolving problems.
