1. To carry out any job assigned by company, workshop daily operation and outstation repair jobs.
2. To prepare full and completed service report, Machine Repair Report (MRR) and any related document for company and customer.
3. To be independently handling all the repair and maintenance job.
4. To provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventive measures to customers.
5. To report and update the status of repair or troubleshoot to HOD and customer from time to time.
6. To act as Team Leader for small team during job arrangement.
7. To plan and manage the working time and travelling time according to standard working hour setting.
